Every Aureate Legacy bag is backed by a 3-month quality guarantee. If a manufacturing defect in materials, workmanship, or construction appears during normal use within 3 months of purchase, contact us through our Contact Us page and we will arrange a free repair or replacement.

What Is Covered

We will review issues related to materials, workmanship, or construction that appear during normal use.

What Is Not Covered

Coverage does not include normal wear and tear, accidental damage, misuse, improper care, unauthorized repairs, or modifications.
