Aureate Legacy ships worldwide from our Guangzhou factory. We want you to know exactly how and when your order will arrive. Here is everything you need to know about our shipping process.

Order Processing

Orders are processed within 1–3 business days after payment confirmation. Orders placed on weekends or holidays are processed on the next business day.

Shipping Methods & Delivery Times

International Standard Shipping — Delivery in 7–15 business days. Cost: $5.99, free for orders over $50.

International Express Shipping — Delivery in 3–7 business days. Cost: $19.99.

Customs & Duties

International orders may be subject to import duties and taxes imposed by the destination country. These charges are the responsibility of the recipient and are not included in the shipping cost.

Order Tracking

A shipping confirmation email with your tracking number will be sent once your order is dispatched. You can follow your parcel's progress through the tracking link in the email.
